I had signed up for a subscription and I did not receive my movies yet and I was not informed that it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get the movies so I am upset with that and I would like to cancel my subscription and I would like a total refund. I was not able to get my refund today I cannot get my refund until I get the movies shipped to my house and then that's when I have to fill out a form to cancel my subscription and then that's when they will get me my refund and I don't know how long it'll be until the movies get here so technically I did not have my issue resolved yet.
