Disney Movie Club - Unauthorized charges
My card was charged last month for this company. I contacted them via email originally on the date of the charge and each week since then because I don't have an account so I'm unable to talk to anyone on the phone.
I was ignored. I've searched for a phone number for someone I can actually talk to to fix this situation but all I find is the same number that won't help me because I don't have an account. They can charge MY bank card, but can't discuss this "account" with me because I don't have any information related to the account accept my card number.
Today, I've been charged again. Now I had to cancel my card, and there is no way for me to get this refunded.
Reason of review: Fake account.
Monetary Loss: $69.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
