I tried to log into my DMC account only to find that it wouldn't let me, eventually, when i tried to log in as a new member, it told me my online account had been disabled and i no longer have access to the movie club. I called the help number, and it says that i have $83 Due on my account, I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING RECENTLY, it even says that my last purchase was in july, and cost $30.

Why are they charging me $80, and why did the lock me out of the online? This is BS

i called them, and turns out something happened (they received an old email from 2 months ago, that my email sent again) and they thought i wanted to cancel my account, I was able to work it out over the phone
