I have since became a Disney member, so I'm much more satisfied.

I lived at Location A with my roommate, and she had a Disney club memberhship. I applied once, and was denied because it was only one club membership per household.

Bummer, but okay. I eventually moved to Location B which is 60 miles away from Location A and the roommate and I thought I'd join now that we didn't live together. I picked my movies and gave my card info, a day later, I logged in to check the shipping and my account was disabled. I called and they said "one membership per household!" I AM NOT A MEMBER.

The customer service rep was rude too. I tried to explain, and he kept talking over me.

Product or Service Mentioned: Disney Movie Club Membership.

Reason of review: Denied membership.

Preferred solution: Give me a membership.

I liked: Selection.

I didn't like: Customer service, Being denied, Rudeness, Patronizing.
