Charging me and sending monthly movies, but not letting me be able to access my account because it is now disabled. So how am I supposed to cancel the transaction, when you won't give me any access to my own account that you are stealing roughly $31 monthly.

Preferred solution: Let my account be closed an no more payments be withdrawn from this account ever. Will not seek reimbursement of last purchases if all is dropped now..
