False advertisement, wrong delivery, denial

They delivered to wrong address and do not admit it, force me to pay full price at the end of September saying there was agreement. Extremely shady company and customer service.

Warn others of experience

So I made the mistake of falling for one of the "Get a $700 Shein gift card...." AFTER you sign up for these seemingly cheap deals that you can supposedly cancel right after. Anyway, if you're like me and don't have time to read through the pages of fine print under the false advertisement of being able to cancel easily, note that you will end up paying over $120 for a few old DVDs, as you are charged that amount to "break the contract" of paying $35 five times, which gets you 2 movies from a limited selection. Customer service is completely unhelpful and unfriendly. Save yourself the money and hassle and just use a steaming service.It's a

Cancel membership again and get my refund

I email them 3 time to stop taking 40.00 then 38,00 , now 36.00 dollars out of my account I told them to cancel them told me I have to get 3 more dam movies before I can cancel or pay 99.00 I don;t want the membership at all please correct and tell them to cancel they taking money without my consent

Sounds like this was your Featured Titles. You must decline those by your deadline per the Membership Agreement.

When you signed up for the Disney Movie Club to receive your initial order at that great discount, you clicked to accept the terms of the Membership Agreement which explained your minimum purchase requirement and the Featured Title program. In order to cancel your Membership, you must either fulfill your minimum purchase requirement, or pay full price for that discounted initial offer.

Locked out of account

My boyfriend created a membership and as soon as he paid his $ he got locked out. Same thing with his mom. We are totally pissed as these charges went to my card and they paid me cash. Regardless of situation my card was charged and now they can't receive their movies.

Canceling order

Never said I was pissed I just have a lot going on in trying to move and redo my house, so we can get it on the market so for you all to put I was a pissed costumer really bothers I had all intentions of starting my club back up once we got settled but now I highly doubt it

Very upset about jungle cruise.

Did not like the fact that Frank made fun of people with a crossed eye. I can't imagine how a child with that condition would feel after watching this movie. As a grandmother of a child with this condition it breaks my heart that Disney would do such a thing. Children are teased enough.
