Cancelled membership

I have cancelled my membership MULTIPLE times and somehow Disney Movie Club will charge me for something that I clearly did not want.

This is my second time joining the movie club after 10 years the Disney movie club is unlike any thing you can imagine

Awful customer service

My debit card was hacked and movies were sent to my address in my name, I cancelled my membership but was still sent movies. I emailed the company numerous times since I was being charged late fees for something I never even purchased, and never got a response, finally someone answered the phone and I was told if I send the movies back my fee would be canceled, but I received no Information on where or how to send back the package, nothing about a shipping label or anything, now customer support options have changed and you cant even talk to anyone unless you have a membership, awful company.

Money back

Don't like the fact my account is being hit without my authorization. Employees aren't on the same page had one told me to call back later that the money would be refunded and I send the movie back and it would be documented on my account and another tells me no when the movie is returned it will be returned in 30 days and hitting my account caused problem with me paying a bill

Absolutely do not join- rip off

This is impossible to get out of without getting ripped off. Customer Service will not budge with refunds. It matter not what is going on, cancer, covid, deaths, nothing.....if you have a title over 60 days, that too bad

I called to get a DVD. And no im not a member. Used to be but they treated me like dirt. I just want one DVD. It's ok ill take my business to some one else.

I regret you are frustrated. Unfortunately, this is the Disney Movie Club that requires a Membership to place an order for a movie.

Unauthorized charges

I now have two charges totaling 72.54 over two months. I have never been a member of the Disney club and when I called customer service they verified I had no account. After transferring me to the sept that would help I was place on hold for over an hour with no one picking up. Then again I see a charge this month and no one answers my request for a refund!

Order your Featured Title or another title at regular price and get 50% off additional titles." If you are only purchasing one title, that will make that title full price per your Membership Offer.

Cannot log in to my account

The email that I need to log into my account was hacked and I no longer have access to it! I also do not remember my password! So it sends a link to the email that I cannot access! I need help changing the email address on my account please!
