You have carded my card twice for 28 dollars and I'm no member! I want my money

You charged my disability card twice for movies I never got or ordered I'm 48 I don't have a DVD or blue ray I stream!

User's recommendation: I can't screenshot shot gov disability card you charged me 28.50 on 4/2 and 28.50 on 4/4 that's my medication money I don't have Disney account I need my money asap that's all I have to live off !

Refund my card please

We want to cancel our membership out for good I called to get it canceled and they gave me the run around so I want the money back on my card or you will be hearing from my lawyer so please refund me now please the lady I talk that I talk to me I had to pick 5 movies then I can me and my husband can have our membership canceled so please put the money back on my card

I have a transaction on my account and I contacted the other numbers they said they don't recognize it and they hung up on me

I had a transaction of 1796 on my account I contacted the customer service couldn't get through found another number and she said she didn't recognize my information.

I cannot make contact to cancel a bogus membership and void an invalid purchase invoice.

This company is horrific to contact. My problem started with this company last summer. I received an order of 4 video's, in a different person's name, but sent to my address here in NJ. The scam artist had somehow gotten my identity and credit card number off of my "secure" Amazon Prime Account. He billed it to my Amazon Credit Card. It took me forever to contact Amazon and Chase Card Services to nullify the bill. Today, January 11, 2022, I received an "Amount Past Due" $90.36, no merchandise, but my name and address has been used. This company Disney Movie Club is the worst company to try and resolve an issue.

User's recommendation: Don't deal with this company. Their customer service is non-existent.

My full refund back to my credit card

This company allowed people to get scam out of their money off their credit card now and this company just took off my credit card the amount was $32.82 off my credit card on December 31,2021 and I am still waiting for my refund back to my credit card because I did call this company on the December 31,2021 and I was told my full refund is going to be back on my credit card and still not on my credit card
