I received a letter in the mail stating I had the credit and to use for movies. I forgot about it and now I would like to redeem the credit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I mailed it and the tracking number says it was delivered to the address THEY said to send it to, but it's still showing I owe them money on my account. EVEN THOUGH THEY NOW HAVE THE PRODUCT BACK THAT I NEVER ORDERED.
VERY UPSET AND NOT HAPPY WITH DISNEY!
NOT ONLY DO THEY OWE ME AN APPOLOGY BUT A GIFT CARD OR SOMETHING FOR THIS NONSENSE, UNECESSARY HEADACHE AND HUGE TIME SUCK/LOST TIME & MONEY FROM WORK TO DEAL WITH A MESS DISNEY CREATED! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
One time recently their site was being super glitchy and I had declined multiple times. They STILL sent me the dvd that I DID NOT WANT. They sent it I complained they saId theyd sent lables to send back, never got here, asked them to send again, they finally got here a few days ago, but I was gone for the weekend, then get home to a past due bill from DVD from said DVD I NEVER ORDERED!! What a scam from Disney to try to get more $$ from loyal members!
It's no surprise to me that after this horrible experience of getting this DVD I DID NOT ORDER I get an email saying the. Disney Movie Club is closing. THANK GOODNESS! Because it has gone to you know what!
A bunch of scam artists are running it!! NOT happy to get an "overdue" bill for something I did not order. Even more so because I always pay my bills on time and have an over 800 credit score so I will be pissed if Disney messes with that due to THEIR OWN MISTAKES and money grab to try to get money they don't deserve from people! Disney REALLY has lost it's magic.
The people running it are running it into the ground with their corporate greed to get money from people, no matter how unethical it might be!! SO SAD AND JUST GROSS.

NO! I never used this business in the first place.
They stole my info and stole money from my bank account. I didn't know Disney Movie Club even existed until they started taking my money without my consent.
They have stolen almost $400 from me and have given me no way to close the account.
I never signed up for an account; when I go to the website, I don't exist. How could I possibly enter my payment information for an account I never created??? I don't even know what Disney Movie Club is because, again, I never created an account.
I didn't know it even existed before they started mysteriously charging me money.
I want a refund, I deserve a massive apology, and I want my account closed FOREVER. I am also reporting to my bank for fraud since customer service won't help me.

The Disney Movie Club no longer exists. Nothing more I can do.
Can't, they are closed down. I still want my order.
I just found out that my final order had been cancelled because there was no credit card attached to it. I am very angry about this since I never used a credit card and always paid by money order.
Nor was I ever informed that there was any change in that policy. That order contained a birthday present that was VERY important to someone. I am very disappointed in this.
I expected much better from Disney. I am curious if you actually do anthing about things issues like this or do you just layer more disappointment on?

I need someone to tell her why Rapunzel, who is also a blonde hair, green eye German girl is no longer going to be. that. this is *** disgusting. My daughter needs representation just as much as anyone else.
This is truly shameful. I hope youre happy knowing that she is looking at herself in the mirror wondering why Disney doesnt wanna princess to look like her anymore.

I got an email saying I pre ordered the new Disney Legacy thing. Which I didn't. I can't get into my account. I keep emailing and they tell me to call.
Nobody ever answers the phone. Finally I get this.

Pursuant to your Membership Agreement, your membership and orders have been canceled effective October 6, 2023. The Club reserves the right to cancel any Membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of this Membership Agreement, failure to maintain a valid form of payment, suspicion of fraudulent behavior, excessive returns, nonpayment, non-purchase of titles or inactivity.
If the Club cancels your Membership for any reason and you have not fulfilled your minimum purchase commitment, the Club reserves the right to bill you the value of the introductory-priced titles you received in your initial enrollment order ($19.95 per title shipped to you), plus shipping and processing and sales tax (where applicable).
There is a remaining balance of $32.80. You may contact a Cast Member via phone to make a payment with a card or mail a check or money order to the address on the invoice.
You may contact Customer Service for further assistance, at 1-80*-***-****,
8 a.m. to 11 p.m., EST, Monday - Friday.
Please note that much of our mail is pre-printed and you may receive one or two more Featured Title mailers in the future. Please disregard this material.

What the heck is that about. They can just end my membership. That is wrong. I have gotten so many things from them.
It's like, once I get to a specific amount saved, they end my account. I have saved a bit over $1,000.
It bothers me. I like the site.
I have gotten, probably fifteen things in the past months. It's just wrong.
