According to Disney Movie Club return policy you should allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing returns. Returns of product paid by credit card and made within 60 days of ship date will be fully credited to your credit card account, including shipping and processing costs, and sales tax (where applicable). Please allow 30 days for a credit to appear on your credit card account. If you have any additional questions, please call 1-88*-257-9100.
Why you charged my credit card.
I join a game for a gift card. To get it it ask me to by 3 movies.
I did. Next thing I know I'm get Disney Club this and that. 68$ was took. Bank of America got it back.
I sent a picture of movies return to sender. I'm calling, emailing, Facebook, etc. Now 43$ was took and a coincidence of the virus. Are you getting my point.

According to Disney Movie Club refund policy if you receive a title you decide you do not want, simply return it within 60 days and the company will apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit, minus the $4.95 shipping and processing fee. Allow 6 weeks for processing returns. All returns must be received within 60 days of the shipping date in order to receive credit.
How do i go by getting my movies or my money back on my card.
I was charged 28.98 dollars for movies that i did not get that i ordered last month

What's the address to return a movie
According to the Disney Movie Club return policy, if you receive a title you do not want, you may return it within 60 days. The company will apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit. Please, note that shipping and processing fees are covered by consumers.
You should use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton. Please, insert the packing slip keeping the return label printed on the front of the shipping. You should pack and tape the package securely. Then, affix the return shipping label. All returns should be sent to the following address:
