I was charged for movies i didnt order it was said that i have 2 years to reach my limit of movies .i was ready to order yet .but i was charged 40.39 on 11/19/18 the harged again for 21.96 on 11/20/18. So because of all this i recieved an overdraft fee of 35.00 for each day its not paid and its now up to 114.00 thats coming out of my disability check .i try to order my movies on the 3rd . you have to fix this im on a fixed budget

Sounds like this may have been a Featured Title charge. When you signed up for your Disney Movie Club membership, you received an initial discounted order with a commitment of purchasing a certain number of movies at full club price within 2 years.

These can be any movie of your choice to fulfill your commitment. We want you to get the movies you want. The Featured Title program is part of your membership agreement with the Disney Movie Club. Here is how it works: About every 3-4 weeks, up to 15 times a year, we send a Featured Title notification to every member.

It is every member’s responsibility to respond to the Featured Title by the date indicated on the notification. You are not obligated to purchase the Featured Title selection. You are welcome to order other selections in its place or nothing at all. However, if a response is not received by the due date, either declining or accepting the Featured Title, it will automatically be shipped and billed to you.

If you have a credit card on file to be used as payment, it will be charged on the date of shipment. I can help you through your Membership.

Sounds like you gave Disney your debit card or bank info. Always use a credit card for online, etc.

purchases. Much safer.

As for Disney, contact them and see what's up. Perhaps you can send the movies back and get credit?
