I have a problem I have cancelled my subscription and I have spoked to someone and they told me that I will get my back if I send the DVDs back so I did so they can returned my money back to my account ,and I did send it off yesterday on February 10 and you supposed to receive it by February 12 I need to let you know that I had a problem with my account so I talk to my bank and they are going to send me another new card. I just wanted you to know this caused someone been using my account and I don't have my new card yet.
I try contacting you but the machine keeps getting annoyed and I couldn't talk to no one. On the phone.
Please help me I was wondering if y'all can send a check instead of putting it in my account.And also you guys need to do better on the computer machine you need better options... On how to contact you.
