Right after creating my account I got locked out, so I called customer service and the lady was very nice but had to forward my case to tech support because it was out of her jurisdiction. So a guy with a thick Indian accent comes on and explains that someone else in my household already has an account so mine being the newest one was deleted.
He asked if anyone else in my home has an account and I said yes, but why is an online movie store setup to have only 1 person per household with an active account? His response was "that's been the policy since Disney Movie Club was started".
Makes no Damn sense! Even the website does not state this nonsense.
User's recommendation: Be careful doing business with this website.
