I joined in 2015 purchased required movies and then cancelled. Spring forward to 2017 they continue to send movies after I have cancelled.
Each month I am sent movies, I return to sender, I cancelled my membership.
Now they are sending me their threatening notices about getting billed for not buying the required movies. I cancelled, I cannot get rid of these people!

Is there a way we can talk to the manager Iโm having issues myself, a man on the phone told me I needed to buy 1 more movie than I can cancel my membership itโs now been a week and I got my movie. I called them back telling them I want to cancel my membership and the lady on the phone said you need 4 more movies in order to cancel your membership I donโt like this company I am very upset with them
