Bad service. I moved and changed address and I also have a differnt e-mail add.
I am sent bills to my new add. But I never orderd or received any movies. I am not paying for something I never even got. I can't get back into my account online.
I have different e-mail but I can't change it. My account number dosent match my e-mail add. That old account doesn't even exsist any longer. I have sent letters everytime I get a bill but nothing has changed.
I am not getting stuck paying for movies I never got. I moved 6 months ago how long will it take for them to get it straightend out?
