Disney Movie Club - DISNEY MOVIE REWARDS CLUB SUCKS!
I tried to refer my boss to sign up for the rewards club. I am a VIP member and have ordered several movies from them.
A few months ago I placed an order under my account for my office and used my boss's credit card to pay for it and had the DVDs sent to my work. Because of this, they are saying that I am trying to make a duplicate acct. Funny this is, they offered me the chance to restart my membership a few months ago and I declined. If I were trying to be sneaky and make a duplicate acct, I would've just reactivated my own acct.
When I called, the 1st person told me they would contact me within 3 days and let me know the resolution. No one called me so after 10 days, I called them and was told I was misinformed and it is my responsibility to call in to see what the outcome was. They are refusing to sign him up as a new member. Jokes on them because we order movies all the time and now I will never order movies from them again.
I'll start ordering from Amazon and then at least I won't be waiting for several weeks for the movies I order. This company sucks!
Also, my sister referred me 2 years ago and it took her almost an entire year to get her 2 free movies for referring me. BEWARE OF THEM!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
