I have been a member for over a year.I understood the terms.

I for filled my commitment and called to cancel my account. Could barley understand the lady on the other end of the phone. After struggling with that for what seemed like forever, she assured me my account was deactivated and I was no longer a member. A month later I was charged for a movie and I called the number back and got another individual who I could not understand that well and again struggled through the cancellation process and the lady was very rude.

I will admit that I was pissed about having to call back ,but she is the professional here, you know the one that chose to handle these situations for money. She was a very unpleasant customer service rep and I now hate Disney.

Do not use this club, its a rip off and the employees are ***.Time will tell if I get my money back, and if my account was actually cancelled.

I do not hate Disney, just their Movie Club Customer Service department.
