So when I signed up, my preferred format was DVD not BluRay.well they changed that themselves to charge me more.

whatever, i actually have a blu ray player so i didnt argue. then despite declining, I was still getting sent the movies and being charged for them and this time, they have made my acct negative in a very hard time in my family's life and we are utterly screwed now bc of them. i am so pissed at their customer service.

when i called to cancel, they kept trying to keep me as a customer but never again.i have canceled but i want to warn other people of their crappy ways.

Review about: Disney Movie Club Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: immediate refund, and more. so fed up..

I didn't like: Lack of communication, Thiefs.

It's best to avoid everything connected with Disney if possible. Their corporate mentality is really not the same as yours, if you delve into some of the things they are now doing, eg., firing American workers and bringing in foreign ones.
