So when I signed up, my preferred format was DVD not BluRay.well they changed that themselves to charge me more.
whatever, i actually have a blu ray player so i didnt argue. then despite declining, I was still getting sent the movies and being charged for them and this time, they have made my acct negative in a very hard time in my family's life and we are utterly screwed now bc of them. i am so pissed at their customer service.
when i called to cancel, they kept trying to keep me as a customer but never again.i have canceled but i want to warn other people of their crappy ways.
