I have been a Disney Movie Club member on and off for 12 yrs. I renewed my membership in Nov 2009 and have been dissatisfied with the quality of the DVD's I have received.

The skip, jump or don't work at all. The company has replaced the movies I have returned but it costs me money to send them back.

The special prices are good but only if the quality of the DVD are good. I think if there is a problem with the DVD I should be able to return it at Disney's expense not mine.

I will be happy when my obligation to order is over so I can cancel my membership.
