I just wanted to let you know that the condition of the featured title SOLO Star wars movie I received was in poor quality. Now I know the original copy I was supposed to receive got returned due to no numbered address on the original mail, and the copy that I received yesterday was not in the same type of condition such as when I first receive my featured title it comes in a very tightly packed thick envelope that is protected with bubble wrap inside.

On this replacement copy that I received yesterday it was in a large envelope with no protection and had air inside.

When I receive a movie from DMC I collect them.

The case I received was ripped and damaged and had no wrapping around the movie. This is the first DMC movie I received that was damaged and it is truly disappointing.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Why on earth would you post this here? This is a generic board for people to share experiences with other consumers, it is NOT related to DMC.

I've received two damaged packages in the past from DMC and both were replaced at no cost within a week. I picked up the phone and called them - imagine that - rather than whining on a complaint board.
