I need to cancel my subscription

Can no longer afford to keep it due to economical family crisis and my household, we can't afford to keep getting the movies and paying the high prices sorry we just need to cancel our subscription please and thank you it's our wishes and our needs at this time.

I did not approve auto pay

This morning when i woke up ...i checked the balance in my bank acct. , well there's a $30 charge for the movie Jungle Cruise ... I know how the club works ... I could swear i declined the offer... but , apparently i missed it . i don't want the movie ! I tried calling and speaking to a representative...to no avail , because It's Saturday. I cannot believe there's no way to cancel this order... I will be cancelling my Disney acct. Unless the money is refunded ...and allow me to return Jungle Cruise. Sincerely, Brian Birks

They charged me and I haven't ordered anything

They charged my credit card almost $30 and I haven't even ordered any more movies from them. So I am trying to get a refund

Michael, it sounds like it was a Featured Title we must have missed hearing a response from you on. The Featured Title program is part of your membership agreement with the Disney Movie Club.

Here is how it works: About every 3-4 weeks, up to 15 times a year, we send a Featured Title notification to every member. It is every member’s responsibility to respond to the Featured Title by the date indicated on the notification. You are not obligated to purchase the Featured Title selection. You are welcome to order other selections in it’s place or nothing at all.

However, if a response is not received by the due date, either declining or accepting the Featured Title, it will automatically be shipped and billed to you. If you have a credit card on file to be used as payment, it will be charged on the date of shipment. You are in control of your Membership. Just watch those deadlines.

Cancel membership and get my refund

I ordered a movie without knowing that I subscribed and now I'm pissed off because money is being pulled from me that I don't have. So I would like to speak to a supervisor or someone that will understand me and help me get a refund.

Ive never opened any acoount with u damn people u send me movie i send them all back but for some damn reason u keep taking my money outta my bank .i called and called and called ..im telling u stop stealing my money for im proceeding to legal matters ..i dont want your movie i tired of putting return to sender on them ..and im tired of u taking 32.12 or more once twice a week outta my bank ..STOP STEALING MY MONEY ..

To Let personnel Know Do Not use Auto Pay

I have been trying for all most a year to cancel the Disney Channel from my Roku TV. Contacted Roku no result Contacted Cable who told me it was not subscribed through them it was through the Roku Channel. Followed all Roku Instruction and they did not work

Help missing refund

I had canceled my subscription with them they ended up sending me free movies it's obvious I kept one and make sure they canceled my subscription subscription but I sent 2 of the movies back and I still have not gotten my refund refund and are claiming that they have not received movies and it's been over a month
