My account was charged. She was able to reverse the charge so I could later return the dvd.

This prevented my bank account from over drafting which was a huge help during a transitional time for me.

She switched my VIP membership so I no longer had to respond to offers which was a relief. Thank you for your help because I love my Disney movie club
