i did not order any movies i called the company to put a stop ti the mail irder vegore it was shipped . i need a ful lrfeund of the money that wasbwithdrawm out of my debit account without permission nor prior permission. i think that would definitely be considered theft. I dont appreciate noone without prior authorization from my myself or my husband to disrespect my personal space, belongings or accounts etc. Its harder to understand when the people on the other side of the line treat you as if your the one made a mistake and hamdle you like a child. they get upset when you ask for YOUR OWN HARD EARNED MONEY BACK

Yashika, was this your Featured Title? You don't have to keep any movie you do not wish to own in your collection.

If you received one you intended to decline, just send it back. If you do not wish to own that particular Featured Title, not a problem! Just decline it by your deadline and we won't send it out. Log on and make your decision at your convenience.

Got a response from DMC to contact them with phone and email they provided, However, Pissed consumer blocked the last 4 numbers of the phone # and the last half of the email address. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL PISSED CONSUMEER!!!!

Account closed erroneously

I made a payment from my last order of $32.97. Yet I did not receive the movies. Then Disney closed out my account. But my payment was made on December 15 and posted on December 17, 2020. It has been nearly impossible to get a live person to talk to me. Today was the third time Ive tried and I was transferred to somebody who wasnt at their desk. Im getting very upset.

I ended up going to BBB and filed a complaint. Thats when the Disney Club finally contacted me.

She was really nice. She cancelled it for me and closed it out.

I took a survey online that offered me 3 Disney movies at $1.99 each, this was ok! But after you purchase them, that's when I was given the requirement of membership. I canceled right at that moment...I thought! I did all I could. I have waited on the phone for customer service, 30 minutes, and it just disconnected me. Furthermore, I have sent 3 emails without any responses. I have tried to stop this, and cancel it. I do not like being tricked. I am unemployed and have lost my son and my mother. I just can not fulfill the requirements of the club. Be careful with this company... they want to make sure that your locked in! I would expect better from Disney's businesses.

User's recommendation: Buy in store or stream. Stay away from what looks to be a deal!
