Tapjoy confusion (miscommunication)

I use tapjoy. This is a third party advertiser.

They gave an offer of 63k coins (on another game I play) if I signed up for your promotion. The promotion was three movies, for $1.99 each. This included membership..which I am still a Disney Movie Club Member. I have already received movies from your company..specifically because of completion of this offer.

However, I have not received my coins. When I contacted Tapjoy regarding this error, they asked me to verify membership. I sent them numerous screenshots, including my disney movie club member id and email (monahan17@***.com). That being said, they emailed me back saying they had to verify with your company.

'Please wait, 3-5 days for a normal reaponse'. I waited. They replied this morning, saying your company could not find me, based on either my email or member ID. Off the top of my head, I don't know what my member ID is, but I just gave you my email.

My address is: 3513 E. 51St APT 22 Kansas City, MO 64130. My full name is Jennifer Monahan. I'm pretty sure somebody from your company can verify that I am a member of the movie club, and through what third party I became a member.

I have 2 small children who can't wait til we pick out Disney Christmas movies next. I would very much appreciate hearing something back (perhaps something I can forward to verify) within the next few days, however since it's the weekend, perhaps by Wednesday.

This is a matter I have already waited months for, and would like to continue without further hiccups. Thank you for your haste reply and consideration in this matter.

Really

I had a problem, my fault that was fixed by a cast member. I find the word pissed consumer really detracts from any Disney experience.

Actually it’s offensive. I hope when I head back down on my yearly didn’t trip in January I don’t see those words anywhere...,,, it will be my last trip if I do and I’ve been there 29 times so far and counting..,.

PISSED CONSUMERS! Lord help... take the time to notice where you actually are on the internet it don't use it.

Also, I HIGHLY doubt Disney world give a *** if you never came back. IJS.

It says my code doesn’t exist!

I recieved a “Star Wars:The Force Awakens” dvd as a gift and finally decided to check out the slip of paper inside saying you can get 4 movies for $1. I went on the website to enter my code and it said it doesn’t exist! Someone fix this because it doesn’t make sense.

It's an absolute scam

Well first of all they didn't send the correct selections, i chose 3 movies on dvd and got 2 completely different movies on blu ray that are most likely overstocked and not selling so they just dump them on customers while ignoring custoner choices and now they won't allow me access to my account so that i can cancel and close out the account, first they kept saying my password was wrong and now supposedly my email doesn't exist.....i just wanna close my account and they're doing everything in their power to deny me that right

My account was charged. She was able to reverse the charge so I could later return the dvd. This prevented my bank account from over drafting which was a huge help during a transitional time for me. She switched my VIP membership so I no longer had to respond to offers which was a relief. Thank you for your help because I love my Disney movie club

This piece of *** company deserves all the *** they get thrown at them. I’m closing my bank account because of them, too many unauthorized transactions and no help/customer service. The most ridiculous thing though is their member commitment that they enforce on new users: cannot cancel membership until you blow up $100+ on movies you don’t want/ never wanted. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s sad that this company has turned to thievery to pick up for their slack.

Please let me help, let's first start with how the Club works. When you sign up for your Disney Movie Club membership, you receive an initial discounted order with a commitment of purchasing a certain number of movies at full club price within 2 years. These can be any movie of your choice to fulfill your commitment. We want you to get the movies you want.

We do have a Featured Title program as part of your membership agreement with the Disney Movie Club. Here is how it works: About every 3-4 weeks, up to 15 times a year, we send a Featured Title notification to every member. It is every member’s responsibility to respond to the Featured Title by the date indicated on the notification. You are not obligated to purchase the Featured Title selection.

You are welcome to order other selections in its place or nothing at all. However, if a response is not received by the due date, either declining or accepting the Featured Title, it will automatically be shipped and billed to you. If I can help answer any further questions, I'd be happy to!
