Very surprised and pleased with the resolution to this issue. The Disney Movie Club sent me a return postage for the movie w/o any further contact from me, I have returned and they credited my account in full.

Planning on taking advantage of the deal they have going on now which is offering free shipping. Thank you to the representative that handled this issue for me, greatly appreciated.

I have not belonged to Disney Club long but I am very disappointed. Their sales are not really sales but the constant irritant is that it is difficult to find the offer that you have to accept or decline.

Should be right there when you sign in but you have to look for it. But the absolute worse is that you decline and get sent something anyway and then you have to pay to send back as I found out.

I had declined the offer, was sent anyway, contacted them and was told just send back we have a return label included. Even said there was a glitch in decline, I had unfortunately opened by accident since it was X mas and getting lots of packages. Went to send back and they wanted $10 to mail.

Not even a movie I would have ordered and now I am stuck with it or I'm out $10 to send back.

Will finish commitment and get out. Sounds good but don't do it, just not worth the constant need to check if you received decline notification e mail from them, and need to check if there is a new offer.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $28.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
