I joined dmc in April2008. I fulfilled my obligation for membership. Tried to cancel membership in August 2008. To this day, I am still receiving movies in the mail. All these movies are being charged on my cc. I have returned all these movies,waiting for my cc credit on said movies. I don't knwo what the problem is. I am one person, who can do just so much. Couldn't you put forth an effort to try and cancel this membership? I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Please help me out of this,--Rebekah Huggins-------------

File a complaint with the BBB. This was the only way I was able to have them stop. It took a month but as soon as they found out they would have a negative image on BBB list, they caved.

I had the same experience and I ended up sending them back with a confirmation to prove, I sent them back and then had to cancel my card and have the bank issue a new one. I also wrote them a letter and told them, that from this day forward, if they send me any more movies, consider them a gift! Then send it certified....Hope this helps on how to handle it.
