Disney Movie Club - Automatic Unwanted Orders and Impossible to Cancel
They continued to order movies for me that I didn't want. At first they'd send me emails when I had to decline movies and it would happen once a month.
Then they stopped sending me emails and I had to call. I called to cancel an automatic order and they didn't even think to also ask me to respond to the next automatic order and I had to call and cancel another order. I received 4 movies automaticly that I didn't cancel in time, you need to get 5 to be able to cancel your account and even after the 4 I ordered it said I needed to order 3 more. So finally I order 4 more so I could cancel the account and when it didn't show up on the website I called and they had the audacity to tell me I still needed to order one more movie, mind you I've now ordered a total of 8.
They said t was because they put two automatic discounts on two of the movies. I refused and demanded they cancel my account and they said they finally did.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
